For an international company in finance we are looking for an individual who can effectively provide administrative support to the risk department and business teams in performing control testing activities.

The role involves preparation of templates, setting-up meetings and workshops, making changes/updates to templates and systems based on workshops, maintaining accurate data and collating data from multiple sources.

You will be diligent and pay attention to detail. The role involves data input/ reporting which must be complete, accurate and timely. Hybrid working environment, between attendance at the office and home (making use of interactive technology).

What you'll do

  • First Line Engagement: You will support the risk department and business owners in delivering on their risk management responsibilities, which includes settingup and supporting meetings and workshops with multiple attendees.
  • Supporting control testing: You will be responsible for preparing templates (Excel, PowerPoint, etc) for use across the company, updating records and systems and maintaining appropriate version control.
  • Data, Management Information and Monitoring: You will be responsible to collate control data produced by the stakeholders in the business. You must collate this in a timely manner, ensuring it is complete and accurate.
  • Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs): You will support the completion of control testing within RCSAs in the business teams and/or tribes you support, by supporting with templates, gathering data, updating documents and systems, etc.
  • Culture: Along with your Risk Department colleagues you will be responsible for driving the risk culture across the business teams and/or tribes you support. You will be responsible for acting according to values and way of working based on an open minded, customer oriented and "one accountable team" approach.
