About Our Client:

  • Handling customer inquiries, problem-solving
  • Complete management of Order to Cash (OTC) processes: data entry, tracking, confirmation, logistics, and invoicing
  • Internal coordination with laboratory, production, quality control, stock management, warehouse, and finance teams for efficient order execution
  • Processing customer complaints in the system and updating customer records
  • Issuing order-related documents and credit/debit notes
  • Swiftly managing customer requests and directing them to the relevant services

The Successful Applicant:

  • Customer relationship management experience, understanding of Order to Cash processes
  • Good knowledge of SAP
  • Excellent written and verbal proficiency in Dutch, French, and English
  • Strong customer orientation, sales sense
  • You enjoy working in teams and bringing a positive vibe - even better!
