Overview:
Are you passionate about supporting talents early in their career? We have an incredible opportunity as Campus Lead NE working for our Northern Europe BU (Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Denmark).
Within this role, you will be responsible for attracting, hiring, on-boarding and developing Gen Z employees for all Northern Europe markets.
Responsibilities:
- Leading our Early Careers agenda in NE, overseeing our First Gen (Internships), Dare To Do More (Traineeships) and Apprenticeships initiatives
- Develop and clearly articulate recruitment strategies tailored to each Early Career program
- Lead the First Gen (Internships) programs in Northern Europe, with their biannual recruitment cycles (starting Feb and Aug). Responsible for attracting, hiring, and onboarding interns over a 6month period, working closely with KBS Campus Recruiter & local Talent Acquisition intern
- Manage the Dare to Do More (Traineeships) programs in Benelux for Commercial & Supply Chain grads, a 2year accelerated development program starting each September
- Lead Employer Branding campaigns to attract top talent for our early career programs, collaborating with internal & external stakeholders
- Coordinate and deliver the Graduate Development (GDP) program in Northern Europe, working closely with the Learning & Development Lead NE
- Continuously enhance the Early Careers development programs in alignment with our GREAT5 leadership framework and The PepsiCo Way behaviors
- Cultivate relationships with external partners (e.g. recruitment agencies, vendors, Universities), and represent PepsiCo at local career fairs to promote our programs
- Build external market insights about Gen Z and understanding of their needs within FMCG industry
Qualifications:
- Master's or Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resources or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, with a preference for experience in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development or HRBP roles
- Fluency in English is required and in Dutch strongly preferred; fluency in any other local language (German or French) is considered a plus
- Proven experience in managing and leading projects or programs, encompassing employee and stakeholder management
- Customer focused, adaptable, has strong follow up and organizational skills
- Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
