- Working on legal questions and business issues (both independently and in cooperation with experienced colleagues from other departments)
- Responsibility for legal questions from other departments, especially from colleagues in sales and service departments
- Independent development of sales and customer-oriented contractual solution concepts
- Support of other departments in contract negotiations or contract terms
- Close cooperation in international business transactions with colleagues from other national companies
- Fulfill certain regulatory matters (e.g. GDPR, AML, etc..)
- Support on HR related matters and labor contracting
- You hold a Master's degree in Law;
- You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience as Legal Counsel or Lawyer;
- You have strong knowledge in general business law, commercial law is a plus;
- Fluency in Dutch and English both written and spoken is required;
