Job description:
A new challenge as Pricing Administrator has just opened at Donaldson.


This position will take place in our EMEA headquarters in Leuven and can also be partly performed from home after a training period.

In this role you report to Jewel Xu, Pricing Manager in our Life Sciences, Food & Beverages division.


Your responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the price analysts to ensure the further development of profitable activities in accordance with the company's operational policy.
  • Responsible for pricing Donaldson items, creating price lists, matching customers to relevant price lists, etc.
  • Project owner for a price list clearance project.
  • Assisting with data preparation for the annual price reviews and further followup of implementation in the system.
  • Actively collect all relevant price and market information in a centralized database.
  • Keep weekly/monthly reports uptodate and perform small adhoc analyses.
  • Maintain training materials and internal work procedures.

Your profile:
As a Pricing Administrator you are able to work accurately and efficiently with an eye for detail.

In addition, the main requirements are:

  • Very strong communication skills in English (written and oral). Other language skills are an advantage
  • At least 2 years of experience in an administrative position
  • Secondary or bachelor's degree preferably in office management, business administration, economics (or equivalent through experience).
  • Strong in data management, demonstrating accuracy and an eye for detail.
  • Fluent with MS Office (Excel) and extensive experience with administration in a CRM system such as (Oracle R12, CRM, SAP, Salesforce or similar)
  • Experience in reporting tools such as Power BI or Oracle BI is a plus
  • You like to come up with recommendations, you are well organized and a team player.
