At Uni Systems, we are focused on bringing digital visions to life and we are on the lookout for an Onboarding Manager to join our dynamic team in Brussels.

Responsibilities:

Manage customer relationships to drive digital solution adoption
Create stakeholder maps
Develop adoption dashboards and reports
Oversee the adoption process for various stakeholders
Identify and prioritize business requirements
Monitor project implementation progress
Ensure stakeholder satisfaction by providing necessary services
Translate program objectives into actionable strategies and tasks
Manage communications to enhance results in line with adoption targets
Implement plans to meet stakeholder needs
Report to relevant authorities

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Master's degree
Minimum 14 years of IT experience, including 3 years in a similar role
Familiarity with wiki, collaborative platforms, and social networks
Knowledge of procurement-related business procedures
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in web content creation and user documentation
Proficiency in customer relationship management tools
Familiarity with Atlassian and Microsoft Office tools
Change management expertise in introducing new systems
Project management and business analysis knowledge
Proficiency in English at C1 level
