    General Ledger Accountant - Liege

    We are looking for a skilled and experienced General Ledger Accountant to join our team.  

    What we expect: 

    • You will provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks
    • You will contribute to establish reliable financial information performing a wide variety of tasks
    • Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations and accounts receivable and issue invoices 
    • Respond to queries from internal and external customers
    • Contribute to month-end closing and reporting and quarter end closing
    • Assist in preparing accurate and timely quarterly financial reporting

    What we expect

    • Demonstrable experience in a similar position
    • Experience of working in the Production industry (dealing with inventory, production and standard costs)
    • Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
    • Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software's, Microsoft Dynamics AX is a plus
    • Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
    • Analytical minded, accurate and very well organized 
    • Motivated team player 
    • Quick learner
    • Proactive attitude in solving problems
    • Qualified ideally to degree level in accounting
    • Languages : fluent in both French and English
