Department Info:


The Terumo EMEA Supply Chain department groups Supply Chain Planning, EDC Warehousing, Transport as well as EMEA Customer Service building a cross-functional, end-to-end global partnership.


Job Summary:


As part of the Terumo SCP team, your main main responsibility as one of the Supply Planners is to support the supply chain process and to secure the product availability.

You collaborate with the EMEA customer care teams, the warehouse team and marketing team of your allocated product group.


Responsibilities:

As a Supply Planner, one of your key role is
Inventory Optimization.

You will be responsible for ensuring that appropriate supplies and stock levels are maintained to meet customer service levels, both within cost restrains and consistent with suppliers' lead time.

You will build relationships with Sales/Marketing/Production/Supplier (local, externally) in order to assure the availability of the finished products for distribution towards the customers.

Furthermore, you will collaborate with Customer Service department regarding customer needs and supply availability. You will identify, analyze and report potential supply & inventory issues, and react properly.

You will be a key contributor in the total S&OP process. You will help the senior supply planner in preparation of the supply review meeting and follow-up actions.

In addition, you will provide the necessary support in preparation and testing of special projects related to continuous improvement.


Profile Description:


  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in SC, Logistics, Warehousing, or Inventory Management.
  • A first experience within a similar role is a strong benefit.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office in general and willing to work with these and other software (SAP).
  • You have analytical skills and enjoy using them by analyzing data, draft reports and suggest improvements. You are a team player, able to work independently regarding the job context, flexible, and stress tolerant.
  • In addition, you are a good communicator, can adapt your style towards different stakeholders.
