Description:
- Management of phone calls
- Organization of general meeting for board of directors
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
- Update & management of association member lists
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to guest during events
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external guests
- Liaise with administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the board directors
Profile
- Bachelor degree or proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in English and French (written and verbal communication skills) is a must. (other EU language is an asset)
- Experience with high profile contact is desirable
- Discretion, flexibility, autonomy & organization skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
