Description:


  • Management of phone calls
  • Organization of general meeting for board of directors
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
  • Update & management of association member lists
  • Submit and reconcile expense reports
  • Provide general support to guest during events
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external guests
  • Liaise with administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from the board directors

Profile

  • Bachelor degree or proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in English and French (written and verbal communication skills) is a must. (other EU language is an asset)
  • Experience with high profile contact is desirable
  • Discretion, flexibility, autonomy & organization skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
