Notre client recherche un PMO Senior agissant comme bras droit du Department Director. Le programme couvre 5 programmes structurants et 37 clients (communes et CPAS), avec un budget d'environ 30 millions d'euros sous supervision directe. La phase actuelle du programme est la contractualisation. Mission Le PMO interviendra comme assistant de direction dans un programme complexe et multi-acteurs. Il s'agit d'un rôle structurant au service du pilotage global.
Responsabilités principales
- Support au Directeur de Programme
- Support direct au directeur dans la structuration et le pilotage des activités
- Préparation et structuration des comités
- Rédaction et suivi des procès-verbaux de gouvernance
- Support à la prise de décision via consolidation d'analyses et d'indicateurs
- Coordination & Reporting
- Consolidation des indicateurs de performance
- Reporting budgétaire en collaboration avec les Program Managers
- Suivi des plannings
- Consolidation et suivi du portefeuille projets
- Utilisation et respect des outils PMO communs
- Gouvernance
- Participation aux comités de gouvernance régionaux (incluant la rédaction des PV)
- Coordination transverse entre les 5 programmes
- Interaction régulière avec les équipes programmes
- Garant du respect des standards et processus
Méthodologie & Environnement
- Environnement hybride : Agile & Waterfall
- Contexte institutionnel structuré et exigeant
- Gestion d'un portefeuille multi-projets
Profil recherché
- Minimum 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en PMO ou Program Management
- Expérience confirmée sur portefeuille multi-projets
- Expérience dans le secteur public appréciée (non obligatoire)
- Expérience sur programme de grande ampleur (atout)
Compétences clés
- Forte capacité de structuration et d'organisation
- Excellente maîtrise du reporting et de la gouvernance
- Capacité à évoluer dans un environnement complexe et exigeant
