• The Natural & biogas Vehicle Association (NGVA Europe) is a European association that promotes the use of gaseous fuels in mobility, mainly renewable gas, and is committed to the necessary decarbonization of the transportation sector. Founded in 2008, with more than 110 members from EU and nonEU countries NGVA Europe represents the interests of companies and national associations from across the entire gas and vehicle manufacturing value chain._
• NGVA Europe is a platform for the industry involved in producing and distributing vehicles, gaseous fuels and components and includes gas suppliers and gas distributors as well. It helps European decisionmakers in achieving climate neutrality also by the creation of accurate standards, fair regulations and market conditions related to gaseous fuels in mobility._
• Eurogas has existed for more than 30 years and has a very high profile with the European Institutions, media, political stakeholders, think tanks and civil society. Eurogas is an association of 68 companies. Their members cover gas wholesale, retail, transport and distribution, along with companies manufacturing equipment and providing innovative solutions for services, including hydrogen and biomethane and methane emissions management._

• Coordinating and leading the policy agenda including regulations related to Greenhouse Gases, pollutants emissions and renewable and low carbon fuels in the context of the European Green Deal to reach carbon neutrality in road transport
• Being the voice of NGVA Europe/Eurogas at meetings and events with policymakers and stakeholder coalitions
• Keeping on top of, monitoring, tracking, and analysing EU policy developments
• Developing engagement opportunities and coordinating day to day communications with the members
• Drafting position papers, recommendations on EU legislative proposals and briefings for internal and external distribution
• Representing NGVA Europe/Eurogas and creating strong networks with EU institutions, stakeholders, and relevant third parties
• Promoting the interest of the association and its members, in support of and enabling regulatory environment which is around for gaseous fuels, vehicles, components, refueling and other equipment and technologies
• Managing the association's working tools and working groups

• More than 5 years of lobbying experience, preferably in Brussels
• Background in the fuels and/or automotive industry preferable
• Excellent and proven organisational skills in a multicultural environment
• Preferably a degree in Political Sciences, EU studies, law, economics or engineering
• Independent, a selfstarter and a good team player with an attention to detail
• You can manage meetings and respect deadlines
• Ready to jump on a wide range of tasks and take the lead on specific projects
• Strong communication skills, communicative and diplomatic
• Selfdriven, proactive, creative
• Fluent English written and oral, additional European languages an asset
• Authorised to work in Belgium
