Job Description:

• You lead and coordinate the daily operations of the team. As a conductor, you organize the flow of goods on the sales floor and ensure the food and non-food teams' operations.
• You are responsible for replenishing shelves and displaying promotions for easy shopping experience.
• You collaborate with employees from other departments, as we value teamwork.
• In the absence of the department manager, you take over the operational tasks. You are also involved in organizing sales promotions, seasonal items, events, etc. In short, you are at the heart of the action.
• Always putting our customers first, you actively participate in all aspects of the store to achieve the best results through genuine collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• You carry out all tasks delegated by your hierarchy.
• You make suggestions to your hierarchy regarding commercial initiatives, stock optimization, and general work organization.
• You work with your colleagues in the Front Office Assistant department within your domain.
• You are responsible for opening and closing the store according to the schedule.

Profile:

• You have a Secondary Education diploma (or equivalent through experience).
• You have initial professional experience in sales/retail/hospitality or catering.
• You have the potential to lead a team.
• You are flexible. Working varying hours and on Saturdays does not scare you.
• Your qualities: customer and results-oriented, initiative, organization, communication, teamwork.
