Position

As a member of the Finance team, you will be reporting to the Head of Finance.

You will be actively supporting account receivable management and be responsible for accounts payables:

Establish sales invoices and support the related cash collection process.
Manage the whole accounts payable accounting
Follow up on financial operations or activities and ensure correct handling of files and/or problems in order to guarantee quality service to all stakeholders
Reconciliation of bank statements
Preparation of the payments in Isabel and follow up of the approvals
Participate to the financial monthly close process and ensure appropriate handling of accruals and prepaid expenses
Ensure fluent business communication in English with external and internal stakeholders
Formulate suggestions for improvement, collaborate with colleagues and project managers in order to continuously improve processes and tools

Profile

You have bachelor degree in accounting and ideally a few years of relevant experience in accounting
You have a good knowledge of Belgian accounting standards (BE GAAP)
You have a good knowledge of English language
A good knowledge of Sage/BOB accounting software and Isabel as well as an interest to work with a brand new Customer Relationship Management system will be an Asset
You are organized, rigorous, detail oriented, team player and are able to work under pressure.
