Description:


We are looking for an administrative officer (M/F/X) for one of our clients active in the insurance sector.

The role

  • Assist the Benelux Head of General Services on all administrative duties;
  • Run the procurement, travel policy, BCM, car fleet, GDPR / data privacy and other administrative & facilities duties according to Group standards and applicable Benelux policies;
  • Run the Brussels office facility management, and provide daily onsite services in the Brussels office for any General Services duties.

Futur challenge

  • Integrate all GS administrative duties across the Benelux, covering notably procurement, travel policy, BCM, car fleet, GDPR/Data privacy & other administrative duties;
  • Ensure a high quality output and rigorous execution of all administrative duties;
  • Equally manage Belgian and Dutch administration duties;
  • Be the goto person for any onsite needs related to facilities in the Brussels office.

Main tasks:


  • Proactively execute all administrative duties, in a timely and cost effective manner;
  • Keep a critical eye on the organisation and propose process and execution improvement to the Benelux head of general services;
  • Anticipate future duties/deadlines and coordinate with all stakeholders proactively (Procurement duties for each department, car fleet renewal, contract renewals,...);
  • Comply with all Group standards, and ensure an effective coordination with NEUR/Group operations;
  • To manage the procurement activity, according to Group standards, covering all departments within the company, and including the travel policies, and being the business owner of procurement for Operations;
  • Implement the Data Privacy Framework in Benelux, from processing activities via Privacy Impact Assessments, to delivering training to promote awareness, and manage data protection requests/complaints as well as the reporting of personal data breaches;
  • Ensure a high level of quality in all output;
  • Provide support for the General Services team, including facilities tasks, office management and onsite support for the Brussels office;
  • Volunteering for first aid.

Profil

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management, business administration,...
  • Administration expertise (Procurement, facilities, car fleet management,...);
  • Ability to work with remote teams, crosscountries, crosscultural,...

Languages :
Minimum 2 languages out of EN/NL/FR
