Our client provides real estate management and advice throughout Belgium and the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

As a
Finance Property Manager you can count on the support of an assistant property manager and an accountant.

What does your day look like?

You are responsible for the management of your building portfolio.
You are the point of contact for clients, tenants and suppliers. You ensure a smooth communication with all parties involved.
You participate in the evaluation of property conditions and maintenance requirements.
You prepare and maintain property budgets and Capex approvals.
You are in charge of the coordination of the works to be carried out.
You negotiate various agreements with suppliers.
You monitor the incoming invoices and quarterly statements.
You ensure that processes function optimally and continuously work on improvement.
You report directly to the Senior Finance Property Manager and Management.

The
profile we are looking for:

You have a Bachelor degree Real Estate or equivalent through experience.
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in Real Estate Property Management or Facility Management/Construction Management.
You have great communication skills and enjoy team work.
You are strong in building relationships and you do this in a professional commercial manner.
You are stress resistant and accurate.
You are fluent in Dutch and have a good knowledge of English, knowledge of French is a plus.
You are proactive and have a solution oriented mindset.
