Located in the North of Brussels, this company is looking for its new Business Controller for performance analysis of the BA and its departments. Description de la fonction Business Controller - Your tasks:

• Assess, track, and communicate monthly performance of Business Area (BA) and select P&L/products against annual targets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards featuring financial and operational KPIs tailored to your area of focus, covering yearly, monthly, and quarterly results.
• Recommend corrective measures as needed to align with annual objectives, particularly through cost-saving initiatives.
• Support periodic project evaluations for major initiatives within your scope, assisting P&L Heads and Product Managers.
• Collaborate effectively with the Head of Finance BA to integrate with Project Control activities across Legal Entities.

Profil Business Controller - Your Profile:

• Master's degree in accounting, Business Administration, Audit and Control, Economics management sciences
• 6 to 8 years' experience
• You speak English and French/Dutch
