Fonction:

Vous apportez un support commercial et administratif efficace à l'équipe de key Account Managers néerlandophones.


Vos Responsabilités:


Gestion de portefeuille:

  • Entretien et gestion des informations clients/prospects et contacts dans l'outil CRM
  • Gestion des appels d'offres publics (identification, création d'opportunités, envoi, collecte de signatures, demande de rapports d'attribution )Implémentation et suivi administratif des campagnes de cross selling chez clients existants pour nos divers produits
  • Push et suivi des contrats
  • Téléchargement, création de l'opportunité et dispatching de l'offre publique en interne
  • Analyse du Cahier Spécial des Charges (identifications et préparation des documents exigés)
  • Préparation du pricing pour validation. Suivi du cautionnement
  • Adaptation de l'opportunité en Salesforce
  • Gestion de la boite CRM (inbound & outbound)
  • Interprétation (et réponse ) en collaboration avec l'équipe
  • Classement (clients, projets, meetings,...)

Participation aux meetings d'équipe et de département:

  • Participation à la réunion mensuelle d'équipe
  • Préparations des réunions du département

Gestion des appels téléphoniques:

  • Information sur les services et produits et la législation
  • Information sur la procédure d'adhésion et de commande
  • Diriger une conversation commerciale pour stimuler et conclure la vente
  • Inbound et outbound
Gestion des PO dans l'outil Basware


Profil:


  • Expérience probante dans une fonction administrative avec fortes affinités commerciales
  • Rigueur, précision et sens de l'organisation
  • Etre à l'écoute et pouvoir identifier les besoins du client
  • Goût pour le travail administratif
  • Esprit de travail collaboratif
  • Pouvoir travailler en totale autonomie, en harmonisation permanente avec l'équipe Sales
  • Respecter la confidentialité (certainement les chiffres financiers)
  • Bonne connaissance de l'entreprise et de son marché
  • Détecter les opportunités potentielles lors de vos contacts téléphoniques
  • Bonnes connaissances PC et software, et plus précisément Salesforce et MS Office.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'outil enotification et e Tendering
