Our ingredients are used by the biggest brands in the world.

And our team focuses particularly on the most indulgent categories :
ice-creams, bakery, chocolate confectionery and dairy desserts.
The Commercial Marketing Manager Chocolate will be responsible for the following:

Lead the development and execution of marketing activations to effectively represent the Chocolate (and the Coatings & Fillings) product line to customers and prospects from idea to full execution.

This includes creating value propositions, briefing our creative agency for concept creation and development of marketing assets as well as setting up the media plan to ensure optimal visibility.

And that's not ityou will also be in charge of deploying the material you created among our large organization to energize everyone to promote our products and solutions.

Last, you will also conduct post launch evaluations to learn from past activations and continuously improve the ones to come.

Engage customers in co-creation sessions to define with them their next best-seller and trigger business opportunities for both parties.
Gather consumer insights, cascade them internally and be the go-to-person within our team for chocolate confectionery. Key Accountabilities

Identify and implement marketing strategies and programs in collaboration with Sales, Product Line Management and Technical teams.

Typically, this role will recommend and align with these key stakeholders a calendar of marketing activations for their product lines.

Gather and analyze consumer insights.
Create and align with key stakeholders strong value propositions enabling differentiation and ultimately success on the market.
Lead and execute large-scale, multi-channel marketing communications and promotion efforts.
Engage and inspire customers to ultimately trigger business opportunities.
Independently handle complex issues with mínimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
Other duties as assigned. Qualifications


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of four years of related work experience - primarily brand management.

Experience developing marketing plans that generated customer growth: brand strategy, brand building ideally in FMCG environment, excellent conceptual skills, storytelling.

Experience engaging directly with customers with a positive impact.
Experience executing consumer, channel and/or customer specific campaigns and promotions.
Experience managing cross-functional network in a complex environment.
Demonstrated conceptual skills with experience in developing new concepts & solutions.
Demonstrated marketing and analytical skills, able to translate research learning into insights & recommendations for the business.

Effective project management skills, ability to coordinate a virtual team and to align with a complex stakeholder network on highly sensitive and business important topics.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master's degree in marketing, general business or related field.
Minimum of 7 years relevant marketing experience / brand management (food industry preferred) including preferably experience in B2C.
International outlook/experience, full professional proficiency in English (both verbal and written), additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent with PowerPoint and Excel, advanced in web research, knowledge of Digital Media is an advantage
