- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor het evaluatieproces 'Variabel deel Administratiekosten' (VARAK) voor de Nederlandstalige ziekenfondsen en de landsbond. Het variabel deel administratiekosten is een financiering die Solidaris ontvangt van de overheid die afhankelijk is van de beheersprestaties die jaarlijks geëvalueerd worden. Deze evaluatie is van groot strategisch belang gelet op de grootteorde van deze variabele financiering (20% van de totale subsidies voor Solidaris).
- Je analyseert en evalueert de doeltreffendheid van de werking van interne controleprocedures voor de aan controle onderworpen (deel)processen.
- Je coördineert interne controles en kwaliteitsbezoeken bij de Nederlandstalige ziekenfondsen en de landsbond.
- Je definieert mee de voorstellen en projecten voor een continue verbetering van de performantie van de werking, je volgt deze verbeterprojecten op.
- Je staat samen met de risk manager VARAK in voor de evaluatie van de processen onderworpen aan VARAK controles, het voorbereiden van de diverse controleprocedures, de uitwisseling van relevante informatie en best-practices, het voorbereiden en coördineren van diverse vergaderingen, het opzetten van proactieve acties; alsook voor de evaluatie van de behaalde resultaten, de feedback over deze resultaten en de voorbereiding van het volgende evaluatieproces.
- Je stuurt de werkzaamheden van de stuurgroep Kwaliteit & VARAK, samengesteld uit vertegenwoordigers van de Nederlandstalige ziekenfondsen en de landsbond.
- Je bent de verbindingspersoon van de intermutualistische werkgroep VARAK, de risk manager VARAK en de interne audit voor wat betreft de Nederlandstalige ziekenfondsen. Gewenst profiel
- Je hebt een goede kennis van processen en interne controles.
- Een analytische ingesteldheid en projectmatig werken behoren tot je grootste persoonlijke troeven.
- Je kunt problemen duidelijk omschrijven en in een ruimer kader situeren.
- Je weet enthousiasme over te brengen en mensen te sensibiliseren en motiveren voor een kwaliteitsverhogende werking van de processen.
- Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
