We are looking for a "Conversational & UX Chatbot Designer" for Brussels

Description/Profile
- rapidly acquire the technical skills of the new platform.
- migrating all customer journeys to the new platform.
- participate actively in the identification of needs, impact analysis, proposals
- analyze the data to identify opportunities to improve the bot.
- develop solutions and support implementation.
- manage possible incidents (evaluate criticality, communication, debugging).

Profile:
- experience with the AI & NLP is a "must have" f.e RASA, Dialog flows, Sinch, Boost
- excellent writing and linguistic skills
- oriented tasks (data, models, user behavior, etc.....) is a plus

Digital (chat(bot), website, mobile apps etc...).
Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize and structure complex situations;
Data skills (e.g. Java script, SQL, Python...) is a plus.
You are able to analyze a problem and separate main issue from side issue;
