Role Overview

We are looking for:


  • A Talent Management expert to set the vision, define, and implement the Talent Management strategy, global standards & KPIs.
  • A pipeline builder to create critical pipelines for today and tomorrow in focused areas (Industrial and energy transition...).
  • A leader to design development journeys for talent pools and orchestrate the communities to foster their growth and retention.
  • A collaborator to work hand in hand with Strategic Business Partners, Business Leaders, and country/Site HR for the rollout plan implementation.
  • A supporter to contribute to supporting the development of people in critical roles and in executive positions: leadership shift, upskilling, personalized programs.

We count on you for:


  • Building a Talent Management environment where growing people from within is the norm and is efficient for both the performance of the company and the retention of talents.
  • Partnering with existing resources (leaders, HR...) for its implementation.
  • Ensuring the robustness of critical talent pipelines for successions.
  • Filling a % of critical/developmental roles with internal talents.
  • Implementing quality development plans for people in talent pools and in critical roles.

You will bring:


  • Master degree in related area
  • Experience in leading roles and/or projects partnering with business leaders.
  • Exposure to different countries through global responsibilities.
  • Experience in dealing with Leadership Team members, GBU/Function Heads, and Talent Management activities.
  • Business acumen, project management, HR consulting, and coaching skills.
  • Strategic thinking, interpersonal skills, impact & influence, capability to challenge, creative thinking, and stakeholders management.
