For a Branded Retail team we are looking for a Senior Key Account Manager to reinforce our Sales Team.

As a Key Account Manager, you will work for an important retailer key account and a few smaller ones. When not visiting clients you will be at the HQ in Lievegem.


WHAT DOES A KEY ACCOUNTMANAGER BRANDED RETAIL DO?

  • Develop, negotiate and implement the yearly account plans in line with the commercial strategy of the company
  • Manage the complete branded portfolio for one of our biggest retail customers
  • Responsible for the profitability and sales results of key accounts
  • Develop your contact network and develop a long term relationship with the different departments of purchase, marketing, sales, logistics and accounting with the client
  • Develop and initiate tailor made promotional activities in line with your budget
  • Responsible for forecasting and a correct internal follow up of actions.
  • Develop a good relationship with your internal customers in different departments such as: Marketing, Production, Packaging, Field Sales, Logistics and Administration
  • Accurate administration of made agreements both internally and externally
  • You report to the Sales Manager Retail Belgium

OUR IDEAL KEY ACCOUNTMANAGER?

  • You obtained a university degree or equal by experience
  • You have at least 5 years of sales experience in a FMCG environment
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and French and have a good knowledge of English
  • You are handson, customer oriented and a true entrepreneur
  • You are a team player with good interpersonal skills
  • You are motivated by results and customer satisfaction
  • You have an analytic mindset
