Are you an experienced Purchaser who excels at managing purchasing in an International production
environment?

We're looking for a skilled
Purchaser to join our team in, and help us to optimize our purchasing process in procuring raw materials from designated suppliers at agreed cost prices and mínimal order quantities set on a regular base.

What would you do as our Purchaser?

The Purchaser will report to the Team Leader and will work closely with the purchasing team, external suppliers, and spare parts department.

You would also:

Generate orders and follow up on deliveries, invoicing
Maintain purchasing records in the ERP system: confirmations, receptions, return to vendor, root cause analysis, followup by suppliers, quality suppliers
Manage the 'procure through payment' process for maximum efficiency (PO, expediting, receiving, and payment issues)
Follow up on stock levels, MRP, inventory and ensure supplier compliance is current

- the corporate and procurement policies, procedures, and strategies

The skills and experience you need:

We are looking for someone who:

Has a Bachelor's Degree preferably in supply chain, logistics, engineering, or other technical degree or equivalent by experience
Is a team player who can navigate different layers inside and outside the organization
Professional experience in a purchasing or production environment preferably in an international environment
Fluent in English and Dutch, knowledge of French
Strong excel skills
Experience in AX Dynamics is an advantage
