As a
Portfolio Manager, you'll be the
creative force behind seamless and captivating event and audio-visual productions. You won't just
manage issues; you'll be the go-to person for
solutions, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. Your role includes
dynamic team participation,
strategic portfolio planning, and
providing stakeholders with exciting progress updates.

Mission:

-
Leads problem resolution and ensures on-track progress of event and audio-visual production preparation and implementation;

  • Participates in working groups and progress meetings as member of the TV studio team;
-
Manages portfolio planning for the business of the TV studio;

  • Reports progress, risks and potential changes in scope to relevant stakeholders (EC services) involved in TV studio projects;
  • Ensures that the deliverables fulfil the business / technical / legal requirements of the portfolio

Position Requirements:


  • Experience in stakeholder outreach, coordination and events.
  • Excellent writing skills in
    English and another EU language is an asset.
  • Adaptability.
  • Good interpersonal skills and proactive approach.
  • Problemsolving attitude and flexible team player.
