To strengthen its team in Belgium, Capgemini Engineering is looking for Workforce Planner to become part of the Capgemini Community.

YOUR ROLE
As a Workforce Planner, you manage capacity gaps per engineering discipline based on qualified demand capture. Create strategic and tactical workforce development plan for his/her perimeter, including staffing plan to help fulfill capacity gaps.

Design the
strategic workforce planning for his/her perimeter and help Zone/Country to translate budget into HC per grade, Engineering discipline per Months and to update it according to the forecast.
Manage
demand prioritization to enable right focus for recruitment and procurement teams
Forecast expected
capacity gaps per engineering discipline and translate into staffing plans
Create strategic and tactical
workforce development plan
Facilitate
fulfillment strategies for specific complex/large bids (ramp up plan, specific approach)

YOUR PROFILE

You are fluent in English and Dutch or French
You are handson and resourceful
You have an attention to detail and work accurately
You can work independently and set priorities
You are resultoriented & a team player
You have a critical mindset and are comfortable with figures
You have a good command of PPT and Excel (VBA skills is a plus)
You are interested by the consulting world and have a passion for new technologies
