What does this job entail?:

"We don't close a sale; we open a relationship." This is how we see it. And it's the vision from which you expand our client portfolio, working as our Sales Manager International Cash Clearing in an
international B2B environment in which your commercial talent comes into its own.

• The International Cash Clearing (ICC) team is a tight group of professionals from different countries. Everyone works independently for the most part, but they're always there to help each other should the need arise. The driven team manages the international payments for KBC's Group Entities, a large number of international banks and other organisations such as fintechs.

What do we expect from you?:

• Your focus is on
  managing and expanding our portfolio of external clients, or more specifically, other financial institutions. You regularly sit down with them
• face to face or virtually
• to gauge their situations.
• You keep an eye on our
  services for internal clients the various entities of the KBC Group.
• Your close colleagues are not just in Belgium, but also based in the Czech Republic and Hungary. You work closely with them and support them with your expertise.
• You represent KBC at
  international conferences such as Sibos, the EBAday summits and Money 20/20.

You look forward to building up expertise in the field of international payments. Any experience you already have in this area is highly appreciated, but certainly not necessary. In-house, we have all the knowledge needed to guide you.

• You communicate clearly, to the point, and convincingly in
  English.
