Are you the Commercial Asset Manager we are looking for?
Due to the recent expansion of our Belgian team, we are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving sustainable, profitable sales growth for the entire product portfolio. You independently maintain the relationship with the retailer and conduct (annual) negotiations. You look for cooperation based on common interests. Think about optimising the entire category or introducing new products.


How exactly will you achieve that?

• You translate developments in the market into opportunities for the organisation;
• You manage contractual framework agreements across the portfolio to drive efficiency and enable rapid portfolio upgrade;
• You monitor the preleasing period, external valuations and asset KPIs;
• You manage relationships with tenants to optimise and generate value;
• You will be part of investment and development negotiations;
• You strive to secure high valuations and make properties as attractive as possible to potential tenants;
• You manage the asset budget, reporting and businessplan;
• You promote and maintain positive client relationships;
• You study market trends to maximise profits, identify investment opportunities and minimise risks

What we ask of you?

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in an equivalent position and/or in a similar company and have knowledge of asset management.
• Experience in leading contract negotiations, considering commercial, legal, and technical considerations.
• You have a strategic mind and want to develop new innovative solutions.
• You are good at networking and know how to develop this.
• You are detailoriented and very organized.
• You have knowledge of urban planning, construction law, legal statements, taxes and levies on real estate.
• Do you have an excellent command of the French and Englisch languages, and can you also manage in Dutch?
