Overview
The Human Resources Lead owns the HR function end-to-end, from strategy to execution, in supporting the business operations and growth of the Company.
You are expected to own and execute a full spectrum of professional HR functions relating to talent acquisition, employee onboarding and offboarding, performance management, leave administration, payroll processing and control, compensation and benefits, drive compliance and employee engagement etc.

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary HR advisor to the CEO and leadership team.
Ensure our business operations are supported by well qualified employees at all times by constantly reviewing our manpower needs, making use of appropriate recruitment tools, and adopting proactive recruitment strategies.
Keep track of employees' performance by arranging regular & annual performance reviews and devising effective assessment methods and reward strategies.
Keep abreast of changes in local employment law, and update or amend company policies and employee handbook as necessary to comply with statutory requirements and operation's needs.
Make sure payroll and MPF contribution, as well as employers' returns are processed on time and accurately.Maintain accurate and update leave records and process leave approval according to company's policies and Employment Ordinance.
Make sure all staff onboarding and offboarding arrangements are completed on time.
Handle ad hoc projects, e.g. to source appropriate HRM systems and lead the whole migration and implementation process.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR or related disciplines, with at least 7 years' solid experience in handling full spectrum of HR functions.
Well versed in Hong Kong's Employment Ordinance and other HR related laws and regulations.Experience in overseeing HR and especially payroll functions in Mainland companies
Experience in overseeing HR and payroll functions in other jurisdictions, especially Korea and Singapore, will be an advantage
Good interpersonal and communications skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, results driven and eager to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
Meticulous, highly organized with good time management, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines, with a high sense of responsibility and confidentiality.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, and proficient in Putonghua.Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel and with hands-on experience in using HRMS. Previous experience in handling HR system sourcing and migration is highly preferred.
Familiar with using team collaboration software and comfortable with using AI at work
Suitable candidates with higher qualifications and experience will be considered for the director role.
