What will you do


As a pivotal role in the Technology & Data organization, you will be accountable for value delivery and value realization across the critical domains of HR/Payroll/Time and Attendance and other Corporate Technology products within the EMEA region.


As a strategic and tactical problem solver, technologist and expert within the region, you will ensure operational excellence and effective support models are in place within the product line for our critical products.


You will actively feed local/regional demand to global technology leads and product owners and drive agile ways of working to be accountable for value delivery and value realization.


  • Key Responsibilities
***- Shape the product vision / roadmap and steer team(s) in delivering products / features / work oriented around business impact

  • Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria
  • Assess and optimize the technical ecosystem and integrations identifying pain points and areas for simplification and remediation
  • Ensure service metrics are in place, monitored and optimized
  • Accountable for shaping and hitting OKRs
  • Work closely with Product Manager to establish the products' business value and support messaging, comms and customer outreach as necessary
  • Ensure the products / features / work meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards
  • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
  • Manage engagement with third parties to support delivery of team objectives and ensuring operational excellence for support models
  • Help drive selection of solution options
  • Balance business value with technical feasibility while prioritizing stories and features, optimizing cost and improving delivery efficiency
  • Act as the "voice of the customer" to ensure teams "builds the right thing"
  • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning and demos with stakeholders
  • Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility on squad/delivery team performance and monitor sprint metrics and user results
  • Work with engineers and external vendors to balance technical debt with feature delivery
  • Own and manage documentation and information

Qualifications:


What we are looking for

  • Knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technology and supporting industry principles
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into a product vision by leveraging expertise in product development, engineering and UX
  • Understanding of business/processes and highlevel understanding of highquality product delivery and support
  • Demonstrated success in leading crossfunctional selforganized teams
  • Product/Digital expertise:
  • Understanding of customer journeys
  • Foundational skills (at minimum) in data engineering, cybersecurity, intelligent automation, and emerging technology
  • Experience managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers, etc.
  • Experience deploying or supporting payroll / time & attendance / HR systems and tools and understanding of technology trends in the payroll / time & attendance / HR fields
  • Understands regional complexities & regulations to deploy payroll systems
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field
