- Grâce à vos connaissances et à votre passion, vous savez comment répondre au mieux aux demandes de vos clients en matière de reporting. Vous valorisez les données disponibles dans l'outil en créant des rapports (personnalisés) via la solution du groupe, régulièrement complété par VBScript, VBA et/ou C#.
- En outre, vous veillez à ce que le logiciel communique parfaitement avec les autres systèmes (par exemple, le secrétariat social, les systèmes RH et/ou ERP,...). Vous déterminez les liens et les interfaces nécessaires et vous êtes chargé de les écrire et les tester.
- Dans les deux cas, vous communiquez régulièrement avec toutes les parties concernées, qu'elles aient ou non des compétences techniques, tant en internes (vos collègues), qu'en externe (vos clients).
- Ponctuellement, vous apportez votre aide au département support (basé à Namur). Vous fournissez un soutien de deuxième ligne à nos clients en ce qui concerne les interfaces et les rapports. Vous analysez les demandes, leur urgence et complexité et veillez à ce que les incidents soient résolus le plus efficacement possible.

- Une connaissance de base ou une grande affinité avec la programmation en VBA, VBS ou un autre langage de programmation est nécessaire.
- Vous pouvez justifier d'une première expérience dans une fonction similaire ou dans des tâches équivalentes.
