BNPP Fortis and Bpost have reached an agreement on the acquisition of 100% of the shares of bpost bank by BNPP Fortis.

To successfully integrate Bpost Bank, specific workstreams have been identified, including customer and products (Daily Banking & Pay, Invest, Protect, Lending), as well as legal, compliance, risk, finance, HR, sales, marketing and communication.

Given the multitude of Workstreams, to ensure coordination of the migration from Bpost bank to BNPPF, as well as oversee the E2E testing, we installed a
central "Fold-In" delivery office, with following objectives:

Ensure a holistic and consistent view of the "fold-in" plan
Define an E2E migration plan based on multiple workstreams migration plans
Avoid overlap or gaps between streams
Raise/Collect and mitigate transversal risks & issues
Ensure E2E test coordination
Support transversal business & IT decisions
Identify dependencies with other initiatives (Internal & external)

Function description:

As an
endtoend Test Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Support the execution of the overall test strategy for the Ballpen program, i.e. the integration of Bpost Bank into BNPPF, which is valid for all the workstreams, based on quality criteria and risk management of the general BNPPF test strategy
You follow up on the E2E scope and test coverage of the features, both functional and nonfunctional tests (including regression, usability, performance, security)
Assist in determining the methodology, tools, processes for conducting the tests
Support the Ballpen workstreams/squads within the Ballpen program when implementing the test strategy; ensure optimal build, maintenance and execution of the E2E test set
Ensure regular followup of defects on regular basis to identify structural and recurring defects and to find structural solutions for this
Regular reporting on test progress (status, coverage, defects,)
Act as point of contact for all questions about testing and test strategy for the Integration office
Coordinate with different Tribe Test engineers for Planning/Delivery and reporting on Test progress
Organize meetings for Planning/Delivery

For this you will work together with the stakeholders involved within BNPP Fortis and the different team members of the Integration Office/Fold-In delivery office.
