    Choose life, choose work, choose AGO Functieomschrijving As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a vital role in managing logistics services for our clients.

    Acting as a bridge between customers and internal teams, you'll ensure smooth operations and meet customer agreements and requirements.

    You'll be responsible for real-time monitoring from goods receipt to delivery, handling complaints, and brainstorming with customers to solve problems.

    Other tasks

    Monitor logistics processes in real-time, ensuring compliance with customer agreements;
    Act as the primary operational contact for assigned customers, coordinating with internal departments;
    Follow established processes and customer-related instructions;
    Collaborate with customers to identify and solve potential problems or bottlenecks;
    Participate in process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. Profiel Have some initial experience in logistics (e.g., logistics clerk, customer service).
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work independently and take on responsibility.
    Flexibility with working hours (between 7:30 am - 6:00 pm).
