Qualifications:

Role:
Business Unit Manager at DewaConnect, a full-time role starting from September 2023.

Languages:
Fluency in Dutch, proficiency in English, conversational skills in French.

Track record of driving strategic growth in dynamic, high-growth environments.

Expertise in Leadership, Strategic HR Management, Business Unit Management, HR, and Education.

Exceptional communication skills, proficiency in HRIS & Workforce Analytics.

Location:
On-site role in Ghent with communication to our head office in Roubaix.


Experience:

Operating as a cooperative company (C.V.), our company requires the BU Manager to step in with shares, allocates partial shares to DewaConnect's ambassadors who are young professionals, and draws investment from compatible independent contributors, strengthening our financial solidity.

Proven leadership skills with a focus on team-building, nurturing talent, and promoting a culture of high performance.

Strategic HR Management:

Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the design and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals, including talent acquisition, performance management, and learning and development.

Business Unit Management:
Strong ability to lead and manage business units, providing strategic direction and driving operational efficiency.

HR Expertise:

Ability to match the personality and capacities of the student with the DNA of the accepting company, leveraging a deep understanding of HR dynamics.

Education Expertise:

As an ambassador of the Alternance system, the BU Manager with Shares will liaise with high schools and universities to organize cross-border activities and boot camps for students.

Communication:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in Dutch, good knowledge of English, and conversational French.

HRIS & Workforce Analytics:
Proficiency in using HR Information Systems and interpreting workforce analytics to inform HR strategy and decision-making.
