Your role:

- Process supplier invoices and expense reports;
- Follow up the accounting mailbox;
- Handle vendor reminders and facilitate communication if necessary;
- Reconcile accounts in the ERP System, including fixed asset accounts, ensuring accuracy;
- Review and substantiate balances across various account types for financial integrity;
- Coordinate creation and modification of suppliers master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance;
- Analyze errors and initiate corrective actions;
- Prepare monthly financial reports for review and decision-making;
- Manage manual payments, wage disbursements, and fleet-related financial matters.

**Exigences du poste**:
Your profile:

- Bachelor in Accounting, or secondary school degree with relevant experience;
- Proficient in Belgian accounting standards, basic understanding of Belgian tax systems (VAT, DNA), and IFRS standards;
- Excellent command of MS-Office and SAP;
- Fluent in Dutch, French and English;
- Works in a structured and organized manner;
- Proficient in both independent work and effective team collaboration.
