As Digital Application Manager you are responsible for the scoping, solution selection, planning and execution of the new Application Landscape.


As Application domain responsible you define the strategic future of the Application Landscape whit an important focus on legacy replacement and selection of new technologies.


You will report directly to the Head of IT.


Tasks:


  • Endtoend management of the Application landscape.
  • Coordinate with internal and external partners to align and deliver the assigned programs.
  • Support the creation of business cases based on demand of the business departments or coming from product and functionality evolutions.
  • Contribute to the strength and joint results of the Digital Team and the Operational Support Team.
  • Act as a sounding board for the Digital Management Team.

Relevant knowledge and experience:


  • IT Education, Master level or comparable by experience
  • Good understanding of best practices and standards based on Security frameworks (e.g. NIS, ISO27001)
  • Good understanding of IT Architecture, IT Applications and IT Governance
  • Experience with Digital and IT service delivery
  • Working with MS Office. Strong in Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
  • Experience with standard project methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2) and PPM tools (like ServiceNow)
  • Experience with ITSM tooling, preferably knowledge of Service Now.
  • Experience in defining process flows from required capabilities. Mold them into a deliverable service.
  • Clear view on good Governance in a customer/supplier and partner relationship
