You ensure the implementation and respect of people policies (Code of Conduct, labor relations principles...)
* You maintain an open communication with co-workers and contribute to productive negotiations with unions.
* You participate to the set up of HR policies that are in line with employment law compliance
* You provide the management with advice regarding social relations, labor law and give trainings or presentations when required
* You identify, assess and monitor current and potential labor issues
* You implement and follow up Employment standards and compliance
* You participate to the health & well-being framework
* You collaborate closely with peers to ensure best practices sharing in creating a great co-worker experience.
The ideal candidate can demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- You hold a Master Degree in Law or equivalent by experience
- You have more than 3-4 years of experience in a similar role
- You are fluent in Dutch and English and ideally have a good knowledge of French
- You have a very good knowledge of the Belgian social legislation
- You possess strong presentation and communication skills allowing you to build constructive relationships with multiple stakeholders
