Responsibilities:
Client management support:
Assist the Corporate Coverage team in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Financial analysis:
Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports, including financial statements, credit risk assessments, and profitability evaluations, to support decision-making processes.
Business development:
Collaborate with the Corporate Coverage team to idenfy and explore business development opportunities, contributing to the growth of the client portfolio.
Administrative tasks:
Handle administrative tasks such as preparing client presentations, managing correspondence, and maintaining client databases.
Communication and coordination:
Serve as a point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, and team members, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.
Compliance and risk management:
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and risk management guidelines, assisting in the implementation of controls and procedures.
Requirements:
Experience:
Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate or financial company.
Experience in the financial sector and commercial experience would be advantageous.Technical skills:
Proficiency in IT tools such as Excel, Outlook, and Word to effectively manage and analyze data and communicate information.
Language skills:
Fluent in Dutch, French, and English (both written and spoken) to communicate with clients and colleagues. The client portfolio mainly consists of Dutch and English-speaking clients.
Telework:
After the initial training period, a 50% on-site and 50% remote work arrangement is possible, requiring the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Education:
A relevant economic education or equivalent experience is mandatory.
Business experience:
Prior experience in the financial sector and a commercial background are preferred, demonstrating a strong understanding of corporate finance and business operations.
Soft skills:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and commercial skills. Strong trilingual abilities and a willingness to learn from experienced team members. Autonomy, client-driven mindset, and a focus on pragmatic solutions. Analytical skills to handle complex files and meet deadlines. Initiative taking, well-organized, and strong attention to detail. Enthusiasm for the world of international corporates and related activities.
