Due to our hyper-growth, we are currently looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join our team. What will you do?

Preparing accurate and timely financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to monitor the financial health of the company. Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement, providing actionable insights to improve business performance.
Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, ensuring compliance with BE GAAP and IFRS, together with our external accountant.
Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to financial reporting processes and procedures.
Oversee internal and external financial reporting processes, including quarterly and annual statements, regulatory filings, and other compliance requirements.
Set up and manage the consolidation process for multiple international entities, addressing fiscal and financial implications.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment between financial reporting and business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to other finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Supporting the development and implementation of financial processes and procedures.
Acting as a key player in decisionmaking based on financial analysis and forecasts.

Who are you?

Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a technology or consultancy environment, with exposure to international settings.
Expertise in Belgian GAAP and IFRS, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
Advanced analytical skills and the ability to interpret and present complex financial data.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Proficiency in commonly used financial software and systems, experience in ExactOnline is a plus.
Proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal.
