Our accounting team consists of 5 driven colleagues who report to the accounting manager. Our team acts as a shared service center for the various production units and holding companies.


Your responsibilities

  • Entering and checking purchase invoices and bank transactions to ensure correct and complete analytical processing of the data.
  • Monitoring the correctness of journal entries, payroll data, accounts receivable, and accounts payable ledgers.
  • Preparing various legal declarations (Intrastat, VAT, etc.), reports, and Excel files during the monthly closing.
  • Guaranteeing tax transactions in collaboration with the accounting manager in order to comply with legal accounting and tax rules.
  • Preparing, processing, and analyzing monthly and quarterly balance sheets and financial statements in compliance with accounting legislation. You ensure that the financial management has the necessary information to implement an accurate policy.
  • Assisting management, providing advice, and carrying out adhoc tasks in order to support the financial management in achieving their objectives.
  • Assist in the annual audit

Your talents

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, accounting, tax, or a related field
  • More than 5 years of experience as a GL.
  • General knowledge of Belgian GAAP
  • Experience in a production environment is a plus
  • Experience with SAP (or other ERP systems) is not a requirement but is an additional asset
