The
Senior Talent Acquisition will collaborate with the Business & the Managing team.
As a Talent Acquisition Expert:
- Define with the business and execute the talent acquisition strategy
- Develop and promote employer's branding, take responsibility for various employer branding initiatives in collaboration with the communication team
- Develop, lead and manage all recruitment channels including recruitment for fixed roles, contracts (temp agencies, headhunters), partnership with professional associations, schools, universities, public institutions, etc.
- Define with the business / ensure complete understanding of the recruitment needs from the business (volume, profiles, budget, etc)
- Keep up with the market trends in recruiting and implement relevant best practices in the company
- Follow up weekly reporting based on predefined KPIs, analyze and take actions where necessary to stay on course with the recruitment plan
Who are we looking for?
- You hold a Master's degree or equivalence by experience
- You have at least 5 years of experience in HR endtoend recruitment, preferably in an industrial sector and as inhouse recruiter
- You are passionate about people, you are assertive and autonomous
- You have excellent communication and presentation skills
- You are fully bilingual in Dutch and French
- You work fluently with MS Office tools & knowledge of Successfactor is a plus
- You are pragmatic and resultsoriented
