Change Manager - Freelance

  • Start ASAP ;
  • Min. 16 months
  • Full Time (2 days work from home)
  • FR / NL / ENG

Description:


What's the challenge?

  • You assess the needs and impacts of the various projects and initiatives underway in terms of change management, with possible developments to be taken into account as required ;
  • You define an appropriate change plan in close collaboration with a wide range of stakeholders ;
  • You identify the activities and resources required to carry out the change activities ;
  • You monitor change activities using the appropriate tools ;
  • You actively manage and implement a stakeholder plan ;
  • You define and implement communication actions ;
  • You define and implement any training actions ;
  • You define and implement any organisational design and performance management actions ;
  • You cocreate clear and attractive communication materials ;
  • You create clear, insightful and attractive frequently asked questions ;
  • You maintain and improve communication channels such as Share Point, Teams ;
  • You manage the organisation of events ;
  • You define and support documentation actions.

Requirements:


Who are you?

  • You have mininum 3 years of experience in Change Management ;
  • You have experience with the ADKAR methodology ;
  • You have experience with the creation of communication materials ;
  • You have experience reporting to the executive commitee ;
  • You are a real storyteller.
