Function:

You contribute to the optimal functioning of the department;
You improve productivity and efficiency;
In addition to the daily work planning and followup of your employees, you are responsible for the internal training and supervision of new team members;
You detect improvement potential in the work processes of your team;
You motivate and coach your team members;
You are always prepared to solve errors and to assist your team members with advice;
You help to implement the personnel policy;
You report to the Supervisor;
In the absence of the Supervisor you take over various tasks;
You make a proactive contribution to our continuous improvement methodology.

Profile:

Good knowledge of the logistics organization;
Experience in managing warehouse employees;
Good communication skills and positive attitude;
Experience in working with logistics processes;
Excellent knowledge and command of the Dutch or English language in word and writing;
Flexible, stress resistant and peopleoriented;
You are willing to work in a fixed shift system (fixed early/late shift);
Competencies: improvementoriented, team player, coach.
