Main responsibilities- Mapping of media outlets, stakeholder organisations and influencers within the framework of European projects/campaigns Managing and updating databasesEnsuring the set-up and sending of mailings and surveys via dedicated tools Monitoring of PR and social media activities and project/campaign pick up Analysis, reporting and presentation of results in dedicated reports and presentations- Requirements- Student, ideally specialising in EU studies and/or communication Attention to details Good pitching skills Good written communication skills Be very comfortable in reading English and writing in English Good understanding of EU institutions and interest in communicating about EU policies to EU citizens At ease with Microsoft Office, mailing and survey tools Good interpersonal skills Good organisational skills, ability to meet deadlinesWorking at ICF
