- Work with and support underwriters in processing new business, renewals and underwriting;
- Liaise with brokers/clients to gather information needed to prepare quotes (for new business or renewals) and notify underwriters where deemed necessary;
- Prepare reference documentation;
- Issue quotes after receiving instructions from insurer;
- Enter information/documents;
- Assist in the management of insurance contracts;
- Assist underwriters in collecting and processing documentation required for purchased reinsurance (if applicable).
- Liaise with brokers/clients to obtain information needed to prepare policy adjustments.
Profile
- You have experience in administrative positions;
- Ideally, you have obtained a bachelor's degree;
- Experience in the insurance sector is a plus;
- You have an excellent knowledge of French and Dutch;
- You have good organizational skills: you know how to manage your agenda, set priorities, you are detailoriented, calm and versatile.
