For a wellknown medical device company we are looking for a

Contract & Tender Specialist.

Vacancy information:

In this role, you will oversee the management of tenders, contracts, and offers for the Belux region.

This involves handling all administrative tasks from tender announcement to contract expiration and guiding the business in establishing various contract types and generating routine offers.

As the specialist on tender documents, you will actively support the preparation of tender submissions.

Additionally, you will play a crucial role in implementing and contributing to continuous process improvements within the Pricing, Contracting, and Tender Management team.

Your responsibilities also extend to serving as the gatekeeper for all contracts and ensuring the effective implementation of the pricing strategy.

Main responsibilities:

Tender_:
Monitor tender submission process for format, timing, completeness, and compliance.
Maintain tender structure, ensuring all parts are covered (administration, technical, financial).
Load and approve prices in Vendavo before contract signing.
Finalize contracts, collect signatures, and update SAP with contract prices.
Follow up on submitted tenders, contracts, and customer communication.
Prepare value

- add for contracts and update contract master data.

Formulate change protocols and coordinate implementation.
Support internal customers with contract and tenderrelated queries.
Work with pricing administrator to resolve price discrepancies.
Assist in Vendavo implementation and provide expert support to the sales force.
Coordinate proofreading, compile tender submissions, and ensure timely dispatch.
Manage uploading/maintenance of site builder sites in coordination with peers.
Contracts_:
Monitor and extend contracts, aligning with business units.
Centralize administration and storage for agreements.
Prepare value

-add for contracts based on obligations and assist in rebate calculations.

Track yearly price increases for revenue enhancement.
Manage contract master data and adapt ecommerce database files.
Support internal customers with inquiries.
Coordinate "Special price" requests with customer service.
Review framework agreement and ecommerce drafts, and coordinate template adaptation.
Participate in rebate discussions for customer contracts.
