- Je organiseert (bezettingsgraad, tijdsregistratie,...) en stuurt een ploeg aan van een 15-tal operatoren rekening houdend met de gestelde productietargets, kwaliteitsvereisten en HSE-richtlijnen.
- Je zorgt voor de inwerking en opleiding van uitzendkrachten in je ploeg.
- Je coacht en ontwikkelt je medewerkers en stimuleert initiatieven die van onderuit in de organisatie worden geformuleerd.
- Je staat in voor het oplossen van operationele problemen en neemt de nodige initiatieven hiervoor.
- Je doet voorstellen om terugkerende problemen structureel aan te pakken en stuurt hiervoor zelf de nodige verbeteringsprojecten aan. Hiervoor doe je beroep op technieken zoals LEAN en six sigma.
- Je bewaakt de veiligheid binnen de organisatie op een pro-actieve manier en geeft het goede voorbeeld naar je medewerkers
- Je maakt de nodige rapportages op binnen je werkdomein.
- Je communiceert intensief met andere afdelingen (Productie, Planning, Maintenance, Product Safety, QHSE...) en valideert de haalbaarheid van de opgestelde werkplanning.
- Je maakt deel uit van het team van Supervisors en rapporteert aan de Operations Manager.
- Je hebt een bachelor diploma in een technische richting of kan terugvallen op een sterke ervaring in een productie omgeving.
- Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen en motiveren van operatoren en bent een natuurlijke leider.
- Je hebt goede sociale vaardigheden en kan je ideeën op overtuigende manier communiceren. Je gaat vlot om met mensen van verschillende hiërarchische niveaus.
- Je bent proactief en neemt initiatieven waarbij je projectmatig en gestructureerd werkt dankzij je kennis van verbeteringsmethodes (5S, lean,...).
- Je bent bereid te werken in een ploegensysteem.
- Je hebt een kennis van Microsoft Office tools en notie van SAP is een meerwaarde.
- Je beheerst vlot de Nederlandse taal en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
