Then we have the perfect role for you. For our Marketing Department, we are looking for an ambitious
full-time Marketing Projects Associate.

ABOUT THE ROLE


You will support Lead Managers in setting the direction for the full portfolio of brands (Combustibles and RRP- Reduced Risk Product) as well as communication strategy implementation.

Support the translation of brand strategies into operational and executional strategies to achieve brand KPIs.

This includes strategic presentation support, launch plans and follow-up, internal activation, packaging development, and deployment of consumer & trade communication material.

You will be a part of the agile team.


WHAT WILL YOU DO- RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Development of brand activation programs towards internal, consumer, and trade with the objective of achieving brand KPIs. Development of permanent and temporary branded POS (Point of Sale) materials and development of brand activation materials towards trade and consumers within budget and set timing
  • Brand programs implementation: Implementation & tracking of the brand activation programs in close cooperation with the rest of the Marketing & Sales organization. Evaluate programs and highlight improvement points for future programs
  • Agencies' management: Responsible for the daytoday management of external agencies (mainly activation strategy agencies and production agencies), monitoring the progress of projects, supervising related costs incurred, and ensuring that deliverables are on time. Highlight agency nonperformance ensuring that corrective action can be taken
  • Handling administrative marketing processes and consumer service: Responsible for daily administrative processes (budgets, proof of delivery, project updates/monitoring, etc.) and development of basic supporting materials (pack shots, leaflets, etc.). Consumer service responsibilities which translate into handling consumer complaints
  • Support on other projects: Support and work on other Projects, either related to other marketing areas like SI (Strategic Insights) and CE (Consumer Engagement) as well as more general company projects like combined Marketing and Sales projects, Company Meetings / Events, and other company projects

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • University Degree (preferably Business, Economics, Marketing)
  • 13 years experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in English, knowledge of Dutch or French would be a plus
