Responsibilities
- Partner with project leaders to fulfill customer requirements.
- Deliver technical solutions, maintaining a strong presence in the pilot plant alongside the operator.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one year of related work experience.
- Experience in customer support roles is preferred.
- Familiarity with product development processes.
- Basic knowledge of ingredient functionality, including texturizers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective reporting and sharing of information.
- Proactive approach to problemsolving and decisionmaking.
- Fluency in English is required; French speaking proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
