    Notre client, une Banque Privée de renommée mondiale, est dédiée à fournir des services financiers de premier plan à une clientèle haut de gamme à travers le monde. Nous sommes à la recherche active d'un.e Assistant.e Banquier Privé en pour soutenir l'un des Banquiers Privés de notre client dans ses fonctions quotidiennes. Description de la fonction En tant qu'Assistant.e Banquier Privé, vous aurez les responsabilités suivantes :
    • Fournir un soutien administratif et opérationnel au Banquier Privé dans la gestion des comptes et des portefeuilles clients
    • Assister dans la préparation de documents et de présentations pour les réunions avec les clients
    • Gérer les communications avec les clients et assurer un service clientèle de qualité
    • Effectuer des tâches administratives telles que la gestion de l'agenda, la coordination des voyages et la gestion des documents
    • Collaborer avec d'autres membres de l'équipe pour garantir un service fluide et efficace
    Profil En tant qu'Assistant.e Banquier Privé, vous avez le profil suivant :
    • Expérience préalable dans une fonction similaire ou au moins au sein d'une banque ou d'une institution financière
    • Excellente maîtrise du français. Le néerlandais et l'anglais sont un plus
    • Diplôme de Bachelier ou Master dans un domaine pertinent, de préférence en finance, économie ou administration des affaires. Une expérience équivalente est aussi acceptée
    • Fortes compétences en communication, en organisation et en gestion du temps
    • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un membre efficace d'une équipe
