We're looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to join our dynamic team and help us generate a steady stream of qualified pipeline for our sales team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive awareness, interest, and demand for our products and services.

You'll work closely with our sales and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that deliver results.


What will you do?:


  • Demand Capturing: Without a proper way to capture existing demand, creating demand would be in vain. It's important to balance both motions. Think here about BOFU campaigns and activities such as creating competitor comparison pages, SEO research, Google ads and landing page creation,...
  • Demand Generation: planning, implementing, and measuring multichannel demand generation campaigns to drive brand awareness, inbound pipeline generation, and accelerated inbound revenue;
  • Strategy, and

Project Management:
work directly with the full marketing team, leading execution of our programs, campaigns and key tactics;

  • Data Analysis and Reporting: analyse performance data and report on results, including campaign results, data stories and spend recommendations. Rapidly iterate on strategy based on findings;
  • Revenue Accountability: be accountable to REVENUE results, not leads;
  • Knowing our customers best taking a customer first mindset to improve onsite journeys, working closely with product marketing to test and review our core messaging;
  • Innovation not afraid to think outside the box comfortable with ideation and experimentation to take our campaigns to the next level;
  • Effectively managing integrated marketing campaigns from initial idea creation, through to delivering on timescale and to budget;
  • Crafting engaging and compelling copy, targeting our key personas;
  • Collecting and using data to inform new campaigns, tactics and programs, and to optimise existing ones;
  • Consistently refining our messaging and onsite journeys to maximise engagement and revenue generation;
  • Gathering feedback from customer calls, key stakeholders in our target industries and the wider Cognism teams to ensure we are providing our audience with value led, memorable experiences and content;
  • Being a content creator, but most importantly a content distributor. You will be well versed at taking all content formats and turning them into content that will truly engage our audience where they are spending their time. Optimised and edited per channel and engagement type.

Who are you?:


A demand generation evangelist. You are 100% bought into the demand generation mindset and will act as an evangelist for this within the marketing team.


A demand generation creation wizard. You understand how to optimise for maximum audience consumption and how to run multiple programs and tactics that stack to create demand over time.

  • Experience in a similar marketing role with clear evidence of impact (Ideally to be within a Technology or SaaS organisation);
  • Near nativelevel Englishlanguage skills, proficiency in other languages is a plus;
  • Strong project management and organisational skills;
  • A selfstarter who thrives in a fastpaced environment, ready to bring new ideas to the table and also executes them;
  • Experience running multiple campaigns in tandem, from concept to delivery;
  • Experienced running awareness/engagement focused campaigns on LinkedIn (but you're also not afraid to explore other channels);
  • Experienced working on demand generation tactics that create demand;
  • Comfortable in using tools such as Hubspot, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Linkedin Sales navigator, Cognism/Lusha,... Always open to learn about new ones ;)
  • An analytical mindset comfortable in working with numbers and data, setting performance metrics and tracking them.
